Virgin Active's new fitness club at One Raffles Place sets a new benchmark for fitness centers in Southeast Asia. As Virgin Active's first venture into Asia, TCG was selected as the Construction Manager for this groundbreaking project.

The 33,000-square-foot club spans three floors, featuring exercise and treatment zones connected by a custom-built central staircase. The facility showcases cutting-edge fitness equipment and audiovisual technology.

As Construction Manager, TCG worked with remote design consultants to provide comprehensive oversight of buildability, programming, value engineering, and procurement—essential elements that ensured the successful delivery of this pioneering facility.
