Following the successful delivery of a 225,000 sq ft fit-out for Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) at Changi Business Park Phase 1, TCG was appointed to deliver the project’s second phase, comprising five floors of activity-based work environments spanning 150,000 sq ft at Changi Business Park 2. Designed by Aedas, the Phase 2 project forms part of the bank’s broader “single campus” initiative, connecting two office buildings into a unified, shared workplace.

SCB’s vision was to create flexible, activity-based environments where staff and customers can move seamlessly between different work settings throughout the day. The five-floor fit-out brings together 1,500 staff and customers within the new facility, implementing the bank’s global accommodation guidelines established during Phase 1.
