TCG delivered a fast-track 10-week fit-out for a global commercial real estate firm at Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 1. The full-floor office integrates collaborative zones, wellness-focused spaces, smart building technologies, and high-spec finishes aligned with Green Mark Platinum standards. Executed within a live Grade-A environment, the project demanded precise coordination across multiple stakeholders, proving that speed, sustainability, and design excellence can comfortably coexist in Singapore’s CBD.
