TCG delivered comprehensive A&A works for a telecommunications company at Ubi Avenue, revitalising 30,000 sq.ft. of common and external spaces while supporting Green Mark Platinum certification. The project refreshed façades, lobbies, lift cores, corridors, and outdoor areas with contemporary finishes, feature installations, and upgraded glazing. Executed within a fully operational building, the transformation balanced sustainability, modern design, and user experience, proving that responsible architecture can still make a bold visual statement.
