TCG completed an interior fit-out and modernisation of Park Avenue Rochester, refreshing 121 serviced suites across 78,250 sq. ft. Delivered within a live hotel environment, the 20-week programme covered extensive demolition, high-end architectural finishes, and bespoke joinery. A central focus was upgrading the aging ACMV systems to achieve BCA Green Mark sustainability targets, resolving indoor air quality while rigorous noise and odour controls protected the guest experience.
