As part of a strategic Asset Enhancement Initiative, TCG delivered the refurbishment of the North and South Tower lobbies and Garden Plaza at One Raffles Quay. Over 20 weeks, the project was completed in 13 phases and included full interior fit-out and MEP works, a new full-height glass façade, F&B-ready upgrades, GFRC seating, and a central LED screen. All works were carried out in a live, high-traffic environment, requiring night shifts, sub-phasing, and daily protection planning.
