TCG was appointed as the main contractor to consolidate two client offices into one prime CBD location, enabling cultural, operational, spatial, and financial efficiencies.

The project designed by KAIA Architects included installing an internal steel staircase, critical IT infrastructure, and a three-story integrated green wall. These additions optimized the space to accommodate future office growth and expansion.

Notable design features include a baffle ceiling for improved acoustics, a self-sustaining moss wall in the reception area, and a three-story internal staircase with a mid-landing overlooking the townhall area—creating a highly connected, social-first, and agile workspace.
