For Hotel G (formerly BIG Hotel), TCG delivered a comprehensive refurbishment of 308 guestrooms across 16 floors. The project included front-of-house areas with the hotel concierge, two food and beverage outlets, a fitness center, and shopfront alterations to reflect the brand's chic, lifestyle aesthetic.

The renovation was executed within a fully operational hotel using a phased handover approach. Completed in eight months across four phases, our team ensured a seamless construction process that minimized disruption, preserved the hotel's reputation, and maintained excellent guest experiences throughout.

Today, Hotel G offers a trendy and cozy hospitality experience, featuring two acclaimed food and beverage venues that serve as versatile communal spaces where guests can meet, work, or relax. All images courtesy of Owen Raggett.
