TCG has successfully completed complex structural and refurbishment works, transforming the former Mandarin Orchard into the new Hilton Singapore Orchard. The project designed by DP Architects included comprehensive expansion of the hotel's exterior façade across multiple floors, construction of a new hotel reception area at Level 5, and enhancement of event and meeting facilities—all executed in progressive stages while maintaining normal hotel operations with continuous visitor flow and occupancy.

Following Hilton's exacting quality standards, TCG renovated the expansive lobby, featuring a double-volume ceiling crowned with a custom-made chandelier. The space exudes opulence through terracotta wall panels, custom wallpaper, classic finishes, and new shopfront glass with automatic doors. Elegant and warm touches include custom-made floor-standing lights from an Italian luxury lighting brand, imported Italian marble harmonising with existing travertine flooring, and recycled engineered timber flooring. Civil and structural engineering works were undertaken by KTP Consultants.
