Located at Frasers Tower, this 48,000 sqft office was refurbished over 20 weeks to support a leading global trading company’s shift toward activity-based work. Completed in three phases, the project involved upgrades to MEPF services and alterations to room finishes, transforming the space into a high-quality office with new meeting rooms, work areas, pantry, and a refreshed reception with green wall and marble finishes. Each meeting room was uniquely themed to reflect the company’s regional and local presence.
