Spanning 30,000 sq ft at Changi Business Park, Citibank's refurbishment project encompassed a complete renovation of the Level 1 lobby, training facilities, and meeting spaces.

The work proceeded in six phases within an active banking environment, incorporating full demolition, MEP modifications, and comprehensive AV, IT, and advanced security installations. Designed to foster collaboration between Citibank and its clients, the spaces were transformed to hospitality-grade standards with premium finishes, including bespoke curved avant-garde fabric and timber ceilings for superior acoustic performance.
