TCG was awarded a multi-million dollar additions and alterations (A&A) project for the Cycle & Carriage Showroom, located at 301 Alexandra Road. The project designed by Super Assembly, which began in October 2022, encompasses a 70,000 sq ft fit-out across levels 1 and 2. The scope includes constructing internal staircases, new RC sprinkler tanks, additional substructure supports, and façade and structural modifications.

The project is being executed in three phases. Phase one focuses on critical elements including demolition, structural work, new FCC construction, breeching outlet installation, and MEP system diversion from the existing FCC room. These works require meticulous inspection and scanning of existing conditions and services to ensure smooth progression into subsequent phases. The Level 2 showroom renovation features high-specification interior design finishes, a media wall, and custom-built joinery installations.
