TCG was appointed as Management Contractor to relocate ANZ operations to Ocean Financial Centre.

The project was executed in three main phases with six client migrations, creating a new facility that now accommodates 1,700 ANZ staff.

Spanning 238,000 sq ft across nine floors, the space features open-plan offices, various-sized meeting rooms, a data centre, M&E rooms, and a 170-position trading floor. The facility includes four telepresence rooms, breakout areas, and a feature staircase linking three floors. The executive floor houses private banking suites, executive offices, meeting and dining rooms, a main boardroom, a large telepresence room, a multi-function room with glazed operable walls, and dual reception areas.
