TCG delivered a complete office fit-out across three floors at DUO Tower for an American multinational energy corporation. Over 26 weeks, the project comprised 579 workstations and trading desks, six TR rooms, 96 meeting and office rooms, six pantries, a reception area, staff hub, library, mailroom, and utility room. Civil and structural engineering works were undertaken by DP Engineering.

The three floors are connected by a new internal staircase, introduced as both a functional and architectural feature. The reception area is defined by Volakas marble walls, columns, and flooring, paired with book-matched limestone cladding to the reception counter. The material palette draws inspiration from oil shale rock, referencing the client’s core business.

The bespoke internal staircase required structural modifications and features a spray-painted steel structure combined with timber elements, stainless steel cladding, laminated tempered glass balustrades, decorative glass screens, and LED backlighting beneath the flights.
